Nice to see some fellow T&NYTRF members at this demo, bit of a trek for you guys and a costly day, so especialy well done to you all, and hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did. cheers

I guided 3 WYTRF lads plus 2 guests picked up at the meeting point, another WY group did a different route.

Below is my short summary of the day:-

Well you know what they say:- "the sun shines on the righteous" it tried it's best.

The weather was kind to us, no unpleasentness encountered [just a couple of grumpy

faces]. Glad we set off early as we managed a 60 mile loop of some of the best lanes

before the mass ride. Two other riders made up the 6 in our group, Steve baled out

[rode back on the road] just after half way, when his hiking boots didn't provide

the desired protection in a slow speed tumble. The other young guy Paddy [125 WR?]

did realy well and took some footage with his headcam [some allready posted on

    National Forum].

In conclusion, I would say the event went better than expected, and to say there

must have been 200 bikes we saw one group of 6 bikes heading back to the

lunchtime meeting, a smaller group [going the other way] held a gate open for us,

and I think John said he saw another group in the distance at one time.

Top day out, thanks to everyone who supported this event.

Location: Sheffield Brilliant day out today gent's, I think things went better than anyone could have imagined. Was nice to meet some members of the forum and ride with some good chaps.

Ill add the footage I have taken today as I get it on youtube.

Start with what I think is the best bit from today: The mass ride from Hassop station to DCC office.
