    From Northumbria TRF

Please circulate this around your friends and ask them to write to the magistrates court, use this one if you wish. The proposal from the council is that they close the route because there is an alternative tarmac road to use. In reality, the landowner does not want bikes going past his house saying he keeps rare bread animals and we scare them off. Our biggest problem with Northumberland Council now is landowner pressure which they appear all too happy to go along with.

Bingfield East Quarter was a UCR, now a byway and is north of the A69 and east of the A68

Can I ask that any people who do send a letter in, they email me their copy for our records.

    Tony Whitehead: tonywhitehead35@talktalk.net

The deadline for letters to the court is Friday 3rd June.
    Thanks for the help.
