    Lambing - Please Be Careful

Post  petergj on Sat Apr 02, 2011 8:07 pm

We were out today and stopped by the farmer at Freeze Gill Farm and asked to ride slowly through the farm area due to lambing. The farmer actually moves the sheep to a different field over the weekend due to trail riders - the sheep are usually in the field with the track from Freeze Gill Farm to Backleys Farm. He was not anti-bikes - just looking for some consideration at this time of year. There are plenty of other fields with lambs - please be careful!
